dc.description.abstractIn this project task, I have focused on the scalability of a case company’s Management System by defining the background and the current state, identifying areas that require improvement, and providing the case company with clear recommendations on the scalability of the Management System. My goal was to make sure that the case company’s Management System is prepared for scaling up when or if it happens. I have used theories and concepts to analyze the scalability of the case company’s Management System and to identify the improvement areas. I have provided concrete recommendations for the case company on how to keep the Management System scalable as the organization continues to grow. The motivation behind this project task is the fact that I have worked at the case company for four years, and I have worked with the Management System for those four years. The reason why I wanted to write about the scalability of the Management System is because it is something that relates to my everyday work closely, and it is extremely important when thinking of governance, risk, and control in an organization.en_US
