Sammendrag
First and foremost, we would like to thank our eminent supervisor Elizabeth
Solberg, Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organizational
Behavior at BI Norwegian Business School. We could not have done this without
all your help, support, flexibility and motivation. Solberg was always quick to
answer all our various questions regarding SPSS, research or to help us when we
were stuck. She also helped us make this thesis our own although some steering
help was unavoidable. We are thankful for being introduced to digital mindsets and
how mindsets affect our lives at a regular basis.
In addition, we would like to thank all the 912 participants who took part in
this survey to make it possible for us to write this thesis. Thank you for giving of
your precious time. Also, a special thanks to those people in the Nordic Bank that
helped us facilitate the data in the study.
