dc.description.abstract | The way in which industrial activities are organised among firms has been a fundamental theoretical concern for a long time” (Dubois, 1994). Typical studies do not include the division of work between consumers and firms. In practice, there are various examples of business actors’ ignorance of consumers’ participation in networks of activities. The aim of this thesis is to consider consumers in business networks by making use of the activity layer from the Industrial Network literature. This represents a reinterpretation of the ‘activity links’ concept. | en_US |
